I've always had complains on little details of the LimeWire GUI, I've requested fixes but I know now about how other things have higher priorities.
Now I feel comfortable enough to start fixing these myself, but before I ship away on the GUI hacking I'd like to tell you what I plan to change and have your feedback to see If I will be implementing things that will never make it to a release.

- Having an easier language changing feature (almost there)

- Being able to display basic download statistics on the tooltip of the icon tray,
(once added this but only to the linux icon tray)

- Volume Slider (there's a branch that already does this)

- When you share individual files, you should be able to share more than one files
on the folder you're browsing.

- When you double click on a file that stopped downloading, if the file is not previewable, it should not try to preview and throw you a nasty error, it should instead try to resume the download. Or, the user should have the option to define the behaviour of the double click for files that haven't finished downloading.

- There's no way to know what were the last files you downloaded, unless you go to the library and go to the bottom, but if you reorder the items, I believe you pretty much won't know anymore what you downloaded. I suggested once adding a new subtree on the library panel that held "Recent Downloads", this would be in memory only, since we never keep logs of what people download. Other people suggested adding a date column field on the Shared Files table, and I believe Felix submitted this patch, it'd be great to have this.

- Have the option to have the files you play, automatically added to the playlist.

- Being able to add magnet links manually. Either with a new entry on the tools menu, or just by entering the magnet url on the search box for Any type, or both. Sometimes you get a magnet from somebody on IM, if you're in windows, you have to make a page with magnet to be able to click on it. eDonkey, eMule allow manual entry of edonkey links, it's retard that we don't have this.

Hola Guba, I agree with all those. Of course, one thing that would be nice, as I told you, is complete language switch upon new language selection. That way, more uptime to the Limeys and much more user intuitive. Many P2P proggies have language switching on the fly (I know one in Java) so no reason to not have it in LW! :D

PS: I like vBuleltin 3.5, much better than gforums' 2.3... :D
