I can not get Lime Wire to install

I have tried everything that I could find in the forums and I am able to get to the same point of the install (Lime Wire Setup Dialog, talking about Firewall setup). I have turned my Firewall and anti virus off and as soon as I click on the red X the Loading HTML engine disappears also. I have un installed and reinstalled Lime Wire different ways about 50 times. Every time my computer starts up Lime Wire Setup dialog starts again but with no success. Somebody PLEASE HELP!!!!

Thank you for your response. I thought I had searched all of the forum but I was wrong, Lord of the Rings had a posting on 18th January 2005, which gave advice that I had not seen anywhere esle.
