Too easy. Next time you post use the Go Advanced button below the edit box
to use the advanced editor, and below the edit box on that screen are the
"Additional Options" controls, one of which is "Manage Attachments".

I'll ask the Admins to raise that 39.9 KB limit to fit any likely skin.
It should be a done deal by tomorrow. ;)
