beta switches to 4.12

I installed beta but whenever I open beta it opens 4.12 instead any help would be appreciated.

It is possible you are using an old short cut or alias to open Limewire and the old version is still installed. installing a new version should normally remove tho old version, unless you have it in a location other than the default, or have archived it, which people often do just in case the new version fails to work satisfactorily.

Check your computer for old versions and shortcuts, and if you still need help tell us which operating system you have and details of different accounts set up on your machine etc.
