I wish to know is LimeWire bittorrent implementation robust enough to use (and recommend to use for others) it as every-day-torrent-client.
I download torrents mostly from private trackers, where torrent files contains passkey in announce URL, and also ratio is important.
1. Is LimeWire continues seeding completed torrents after restart? To have good ratio on tracker I must seed for many days.
2. About "share torrent files" option. Torrent files, downloaded from private trackers have "private" flag. Such torrents must be not shared even if "share torrent files" option is on, as them contains my passkey.
Downloaded content file can be shared in Gnutella, while torrent file is not. Is LimeWire detects private flag in torrents? Or I should disable "share torrent files" option?
3. I not see an option to start seeding on torrent. Will LimeWire recheck hashes and start seeding if content files exists?
4. Is LimeWire correctly reports download/upload ratio to tracker? When I stop downloading/seeding it will notify tracker?
Thanks.
