Files Moved Out Of LimeWire

In the older version of LimeWire, if ever I moved a music file to a folder outside of LimeWire, the original copy would still be in my library, and in the folder. Though, if I do this now, it removes the file to only the outside folder, and if I move the file back into LimeWire, it puts it into a 'Individually Shared Files' Category, and I can't re-enter them into my library. Is there anyway I can prevent this?
