Endless 0 KB/s download and 100% cpu

This is the the current state of one incomplete file (8% downloaded) after some files was downloaded from a host. The other incompletes from this host changed from busy host to need more sources, so probably the host went offlline. What can I do now ? I've waited already 10 minutes but no change.

No, i had no other downloads.

But previously in the same session I had successful downloads from this host.

edit:

the host used LW 4.14.8 too.
