Not able to set Options

Hello,

Whenever I click on tools-options to change settings it appears for half a second and disappears..Please Help

There are a few people reporting the same problem on the GForum (http://www.gnutellaforums.com/general-windows-support/77022-options-will-not-open.html)

None of the suggested fixes seem to rectify the problem.

Hope someone comes up with working solution.

I also have the same problem. But my problem started after i downloaded and started using the version 4.18.8. I didn't have this problem before this version.
