Cant connect

I am running version 4.16.7.
:confused:When i start it up it wont connect. The icon at the bottom left handside with the 5 tower things only lights up on the first smallest. When i hover over it i am 'you are currently connecting to the network'.
I have used Limewire for the last year and never had a problem until now.
Can someone help me please?

Mine is the same. Tiny little connect bar but not connecting to any users or feeds or whatever they are called. Just says connecting at all times. Used to be able to use with other version. ( I have no idea what the other version was tho) I downloaded 4.16.7 and can't get anywhere. I tried changing the security settings but still got the same results. Waaaaaaaaaa
