Why is it?
I select a download, it's 600 Mb...
Three (3) minutes later, in the "Incomplete" file I have (97.4 %), but in Limewire I have 3% of the download?
I can only assume that LimeHost has determined a way to strip-off the Video INDEX to delay MY download, to share with others... With NO CONTROL... On MY Part with "What I share"....
I thought by paying $ 22... I could STOP this practice....
Actually get faster downloads... In reality, they are slower...
EACH of you are getting SCREWED...
I may go back to FREE, just to NOT SUPPORT LIMEFIEND...

Well if he has Limewire 5.0.11 I couldn't comment .. and if he has 4.18.8 .. then I could hazard a guess, although stripping off the video index and citing differences in Pro and Basic leave me utterly bewildered :)
@Husker94
If you are using 4.18.8 ...
What do you mean by "the incomplete file" and "in Limewire" exactly? and where are you seeing these % amounts. As I recall some files show their full size (which might differ slightly from that in the search result) as soon as the download starts and some only the downloaded portion and time prevents me from testing this further but I seem to recall it is not totally consistent. In the download window you will see progress as a percentage .... no where else as I can recall.
It is a good idea in 4.18.8 to right click on a search result > advanced > look up with bitzi to check large downloads before starting them.
If you can't follow my reply I'm sorry but I could not follow your post to well :) but I can assure you that there is no huge difference between Pro and Basic other than that Pro leafs can connect to more ultrapeers and downloaders can connect to more hosts per file .. and these factors can usually but not always give better search results and higher download speeds.
Then again you may be downloading a torrent which is another subject ... so let us have some details .. Limewire Version .. type of download at the very least, and no more wild accusations please :) er ... and you could turn off partial sharing in Options which might be something that is worrying you..

LimeWire 5 has the same features as LimeWire 4. The Windows download is ~18MB, OS X is ~8MB, Linux is ~22MB, and Other is ~23MB. Looks like you downloaded something other than LimeWire PRO.
