Downloads have dissappeared

All the downloads on my list have dissappeared, but they are still in my incomplete folder, just not on limewire, and when i try to redownload the exact same file it starts at 0% even though i have it almost finished in my incomplete folder, some of these files are over 40GB and i have been downloading them for over 2 weeks i don't have time to start all over again. If I can't re-initialize these downloads I WANT A FULL REFUND, this new version is as piece of junk thats given me nothing but problems from day 1 and i NEVER had ANY problems with the old version. THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAYED FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
