Well... one way is to go here

http://www.limewire.com/english/content/skins.shtml

then click on Download into Limewire, then Limewire will start downloading it. When it's done, go to View, Apply Skins, then click Refresh Skins. Then go back to View, Apply Skins, and choose from the list.
