question from new for p2p

Can anybody help me:
I downloaded LimeWire source code, run it but I don't know which IP I can connect. I just wonder how can I find first IP belongs to limewire group, I mean I want to know which IP is my first link IP when I start LimeWire?

Unzip and copy this to your personal setting folder (at "C:\Documents and Settings\Your Name\.limewire" if you are using Windows XP).

Normally such a file is provided by the usual installer.

I am now runing, but can not connect with other(I got the IP list), someone said I must cross through the firewall and I made window xp firewall exception for limewire, and I don't find any block for my AVG. What should I do? How should I set the AVG ?

I set the windows xp firewall like this:
v LimeWire.exe

but someone said should be :
v LimeWire

and it automatic added in exception of windows firewall.

How should I do?
