Not to be a pest about this but I've been running 5.4.1 for a while now and I still see many users sucking off multiple uploads. Was this fixed and I haven't yet learned how to turn it on; or, it just never made it to 5.4.1?

Let me clarify what I was referring to.

If you go back and look at LOTR original post there was an issue where the one user would start a download, then it might become paused and resumed. The resumed download would appear as a new listing instead of updating the first one. As a result, you could see multiple uploads from the same person for the same file. You should now only see 1 upload per person/per file regardless of whether they pause and resume it

It sounds like you're referring to the same user downloading multiple different files from you at the same time.

I don't believe that's in the mix, it won't be in 5.4 for sure anyways
