I got a new pc with an AMD 64bit cpu running xp home. i downloaded limewire 4.12.0? beta version. anyway, it won't open. i went into the start programs and tried to open it there then into program files and chose a few different files in there to open it and it won't! is limewire setup to run on the 64bit platform or could the problem be a conflict with antivirus or spyware programs?
thanks,Jim |

Do you still need this thing?
Windows AMD64 Platform - J2SE(TM) Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 7 If that link doesn't work ( due to typical Sun paranoia about filthy foreigners getting free software for no money down ;] ) This link will get you close enough to find your way: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/download.jsp Last edited by Aaron.Walkhouse; June 16th, 2006 at 01:01 AM. |
